Great and easy accessible location close to good sights. Super friendly to any type of travelers

The property is very well organized - you can find the place to train, to work, to rest and to enjoy the glass of wine in a terrace. I was in love with the ladies who worked during the breakfast - all the explanations, help and just curiosity in you - were making Madrid stay exceptional. I hope that the plan with opening in Porto is coming very soon️ My room was overlooking the road, but despite my light sleep I wan’t disturbed by cars. Everything was clean and tidy with a necessary portion of everyday cleaning.

I was annoyed by my check-in experience and I acknowledge that part of it was just a coincidence. It was super hot on that day due to some problem with the ventilation. And given there were 2 people in a row before me I just wanted to have a super light check-in to get to my room as soon as possible. Due to Madrid security rules only passport is the subject to do the check-in and EU residency is not working. Overall I felt overwhelmed with a number of extra details I was in need to provide - I would be happy to have the form in advance to check-in and to make it lighter. By the time I did all the steps, I did not want to listen about the breakfast and the facilities as I wanted just to finish it and to go to my room to rest.

Great place to stay

Hotel was just across the street from the Royal Palace. Train station was just around the corner. Staff were friendly and hotel had a great atmosphere. Room was lovely and big. The bed was comfy. Fridge was a great bonus.

Amazing stay! Well above expectations.

Great vibes - and facilities! It’s got the social energy of a hostel but with the comfort of a hotel or serviced apartment. My single room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was huge. Loved experiencing all the tech driven processes. Andrea was fabulous!

Hard to find fault! Only thing I can think of the shower water pressure was not the strongest.

Wonderful

This was my fifth time in madrid in a year and second time at this hotel. I had the same kind of room than the last time, but it was a little bit different. In the end i prefered this one, allthough the sink was outside the bathroom. At first i thought that it was weird, but the lighting at the mirrow was now better. I love the two little balconys and the view is great! I stayed at the hotel for 12 nights. Did some laundry one time and that worked pretty well too. In my opinion the location of this hotel is perfect. The room with the view is quite big and its price quality ratio is the best in my opinion. Room doesnt have a minibar, but there are two kiosks and a small market on the same street. It was winter so the pool area wasnt open. So nothing to say about that. Coffee and drinks downstairs were good. I didnt eat breakfast at the hotel. I think the atmosphere in this hotel overall is very good. Nothing too fancy or luxury, but good quality if I compare to other options in this price range.

The customer service was good at most parts. One time there was a man on the recepcion who was very rude to us. I asked him for the bathrobes, that i knew should have been included in this room, and he started to argue with me about it. Next day there was another person at the recepcion and she got me the bathrobes right away. There is no Iron in the room, but they will give you one if you need.

Excellent accommodation

Perfect location, staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel and room were completely spotless. Bed was very comfortable and heating/air con very easy to use. There is a lovely constant buzz in the communal areas but the rooms themselves are very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop bar is great for a drink and some tapas, and there is also delicious coffee available beside reception! Will definitely come back.

Recommend this modern vibing place

A nice vibing hotel with lovely atmosphere just in the heart of Madrid next to the Palace; Super friendly flexible young staff (allocated me a quiet room as I preferred and found me a yoga mat that I could use in the room for my exercises); very comfortable bed and pillows; tasty and fresh breakfast with variety to choose; also a bar has great fresh options to eat

I can only suggest some single use flipflops and toiletteris such as dental set, that normally I would expect from a 4 start hotel but esp in my case when my suitcase was delayed I could have used from the hotel instead of jeopardizing to shopping after the flights :)

Fab Location, Fun and Funky Multi-Purpose Madrid Hotel

Pretty unbeatable location in the heart of Madrid, and our room had a view of the palace. Spacious and clean room - the cleaners seemed to do both an early and a later round throughout the day. Good continental breakfast, really nice ethos and atmosphere throughout the building. We weren't working or studying during our stay, but the room would be ideal for someone who was, as it had a desk/USB chargers, etc.

Just a few minor things: Nice that free laundry service was offered, but many of the machines were broken. The coffee machines in the breakfast area needed to be refilled more often as they kept running out of milk. Sometimes there didn't seem to be enough staff on hand in the reception area, as one person was also covering the coffee bar.

Wonderful

The room was very good. Spacious, very nice view and quiet (once the windows are closed). Would be better with a little wardrobe though. Facilities are great. The gym is really well equiped. If i had yo give a little feedback one it: it misses a machine for the arm string. Otherwise really good. The breakfast is really nice as well. Plenty of choices. Really good experience overall

Would come back again

The staff was nice, they stored my bags before check-in and after my check-out. Special shout-out to Iacopo. The room was nice and spacious. I liked the design of the room, lots of metal and wood and little plastic. It's a shame I didn't have time to spend in the facilities.

As dumb as it sounds, I'd prefer if all the towels were left waiting in the same place. The big towel was in the closed cupboard and I only found it after I had finished my shower.
